General Information
Satisfaction Guaranteed, we invite you back for any challenges which may occur.
Reservations recommended for all Spa services and are subject to availability. We suggest you call in advance to ensure you receive them on the day you desire.
Please be ready to submit a credit card number to reserve your spa appointments.
All appointments vary in availablity, and are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
When cancelling a Spa Retreat, we ask that you give the Spa 48 hour notice, or be subject to a charge of 50% of the fee. All no-shows will be charged in full.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time.
Please bring any health concerns to the attention of the Spa employee prior to starting your Spa Services.
We supply most body and beauty amenities, however, personal items are not provided.
We cannot refund unused services in the Spa Gift Package. In some cases, we would be happy to provide an optional Spa service in its place.
Please do not try to make, change or cancel an appointment via email.
