Our Staff     Glenda Bryant Glenda is owner of and stylist at Hair Techniques.  Since she was 14 years old, her passion in life has been to make people look their best and feel better about themselves.  For 27 successful years, she has accomplished this by hair designing and color correcting.  She loves to give natural looking permanent waves, cutting short and sassy styles, along with long and natural curly hair.  All of her stylists, including herself, are perfectionists.  Her vision is great customer service and satisfaction guaranteed to all clients.  She just recently attended the Chicago and Covington Hair Shows to further her education and develop new ideas!   Brandi Bryant Brandi has worked with us since we opened in 2001.  She started her career here as a receptionist.  She then pursued a career in massage therapy and became our manager.  She loves working with people and always takes care of the client.    She currently does massage part time and enjoys making a client feel relaxed while healing problem areas.  When she is not doing massage, she is managing and tending to everyone’s needs.  Our employees are very important to us and she is constantly coming up with new incentives to keep them and the business busy.  She makes sure that every client is satisfied and looks forward to returning each visit.  She just recently attended the Chicago Hair Show for new ideas! Mandy Mounce Stylist  Mandy has had a passion to make people feel good about themselves since she was a little girl. She loves to find ways to make people even more beautiful than what they already are. Mandy graduated from Hair Arts Academy. She has been trained in many different color lines and application techniques. She loves creating different  haircuts to fit the individuals facial shape. She is also excellent at styling hair. Mandy loves the other side of being a stylist which includes skincare, manicures and pedicures and we can't forget the finishing touch, make-up!  Call for your appointment with Mandy today.     Courtney Smith Stylist Courtney loves all aspects of being a hair stylist.  She loves to do multi-color hi/lowlights.  Her favorite cut is a stacked bob angled towards the face, but can do it all! Courtney has a lot of experience in Special Occassion Braids and Micro Braids.  On top of hair, she is awesome at Nail Art.  Whether it is a flower or a full underwater scene, Courtney can do it.  Her goal is to make you feel beautiful from head to toe.  Call for your appointment with Courtney today!     Bristy Day Brsity is a design and color specialist.  She is trained in the French, British and Pivot Point cutting systems.  With over ten years of experience, both internationally and urban as well.  Bristy also does micro braiding and extentions.  She is concerned with the health, integrity and satisfaction of all clients.  Call for your appointment with Bristy today!   Irmina Polit Irmina is a Massage Therapist originally from Poland.  She finished her master's degree in Poland for Physical Therapy and started doing massage in 1998 during her studies in Europe where Massage is part of Physical Therapy.  In 2003 she successfully finished massage school in London.  When she moved to the United States, she continued her massage education by attending the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics and passing the National Exam in Therapeutic Massage. She tries to be on top of the client's needs which is why she continually improves her skills during NCTMB approved classes. Since she started massage, she has always specialized in Deep Tissue.   Marisa Majda Marisa served 5 years in the United States Army.  Following that she pursued a career in massage therapy at the New School for Massage, Bodywork and Healing in Chicago.  She graduated top of her class and continued to practice in Chicago until a few months ago when she moved to Bloomington and joined our team.  She enjoys providing a mixture of relaxation and therapeutic techniques the massage so the client feels refreshing results.  Her ultimate goal is to restore your quality of life.   Dominique Jacobs Dominique is one of our receptionists and has worked in customer service for many years.  She has taken lessons on how to properly handle and answer questions.  She has won 8 pageant titles and from that has learned poise and presentation.  She is wonderful with people and makes sure everyone is taken care of.  She loves to get to know each client on a personal level.  Allow her to assist you with making appointments and any questions you may have.     Billie Bowling Receptionist Billie is dedicated in  helping people and understanding their needs.  She has taken classes in business, management and guest relations.  She understands that customers come first come first.  She listens intently and wants everyone to be satisfied with their experience.  She does whatever it takes to accomplish this.  Billie believes that customers are guests and deserve to be treated that way.  Feel free to let her assist you with any questions you may have or anything else you may need.  Billie loves helping and does it with a smile.   Gift Certificates Available  Hair Techniques Salon & Spa 1903 Liberty Drive Bloomington, IN. 47403 T- F 9am-8pm Saturday 9am-6pm 812-335-0690
